Where data can be shared, authors should indicate where the data can be accessed.

Where data cannot be publicly shared because of privacy, confidentiality, ethical, legal, or other restrictions, authors should provide an appropriate explanation.

Example statements may include:

"The data supporting the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request."

Data restricted:
"The data are not publicly available due to ethical and privacy restrictions."

Authors should ensure that data-sharing statements are accurate and consistent with applicable ethical requirements.
